The Layton campus is centrally located to nearby restaurants and local retail shops. Just two miles north of campus is the Davis Hospital and Medical Center, as well as the Intermountain Layton Clinic, giving nursing students access to some of the best healthcare employers in the state.
Online Courses
Busy adults with full-time jobs or families can still pursue their dreams by earning their nursing degree at our Layton campus. As mentioned earlier, the BSN program at Layton is offered in a blended-online format, and the entire first year of the program can be completed online. These online classes were designed to better serve our students and their busy schedules. Our online curriculum is no different from that of a traditional classroom setting and you can still meet with your instructor at any point throughout the semester.
Smaller Class Sizes
Traditional nursing programs have larger class sizes which can be intimidating to novice learners. Because of our massive building space at Layton, as well as our unique blended-online BSN program format, our class sizes are conveniently small. Smaller class sizes give our instructors the unique ability to provide one-on-one support to each of our students, resulting in a much more fulfilling educational experience.
I chose Eagle Gate College because of the small class sizes, I got a lot of personal attention. I also made so many friends in my program and consider them my family!

The Eagle Gate campus in Layton is centrally located in Davis County, Utah. Located just off of exit 331 from I-15 North, the Layton campus is in a prime location for commuting nursing students.
