Transcript Request Procedure
- Download and fill out the transcript request form located on this page.
- Send the completed, signed form to the campus you attended at the mailing address or email address listed on the form. You can choose to receive your transcript(s) in the mail or pick it up on campus.
- A transcript fee of $5.00 per copy is required for each transcript requested. A PayPal Invoice will be sent for payment once the transcript form is received.
- Transcript requests will be processed within 5-7 business days from the time of submission.
Federal law prohibits the release of transcripts without written authorization from the student. Requests made by persons other than the student will not be processed without the written authorization of such student.
Transcripts cannot be issued until all accounts with the college are paid in full.
