What You’ll Learn
The Boise Medical Assistant program focuses on the clinical and administrative skills performed by MAs on a daily basis. During the program, you’ll be trained in several healthcare areas, including various administrative functions and clinical duties.

Career-Driven Medical Assisting Curriculum
Graduates of the Boise MA program are eligible to take the Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification exam, offered by the American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA). Completing our Medical Assisting courses will help you prepare for the CMA exam, while providing you the skills and knowledge to excel in your first job as a Medical Assistant.

Our proximity to so many leading medical institutions benefits our students by providing them several employment options, upon graduation.
Online Courses
The MA program at Boise is offered in a blended-online format. This grants our students the opportunity to pursue their career goals, including those who work full-time or must take care of their families. Our online curriculum is practically identical to that of a traditional classroom setting. You will have the ability to come to campus and meet with your instructors at any point throughout the program.
