The Murray campus is conveniently located in the middle of the Salt Lake Valley, almost directly off the highway. Just one mile north of the campus is the Intermountain Medical Center, giving students direct access to one of the best healthcare employers in the state.

Online Courses

Busy adults with full-time jobs or families can still pursue their dreams by earning their nursing degree at our Murray campus. As mentioned earlier, the BSN program is offered in a hybrid format, and the entire first year of the program can be completed online. These online classes were designed to better serve our students and their busy schedules. Our online curriculum is no different from that of a traditional classroom setting, and you can still meet with your instructors at any point throughout the semester.

Smaller Class Sizes

Traditional nursing programs have larger class sizes, which can be intimidating to novice learners. Because of our large building space in Murray, Utah, and our unique hybrid-online program format, our class sizes are conveniently small. Smaller class sizes give our instructors the unique ability to provide one-on-one support to each of our students, resulting in a much more fulfilling and intimate educational experience.

Public Notice of CCNE Accreditation Visit Invitation for Third-Party Comments.

Eagle Gate College will host an on-site accreditation visit by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE) for continuing accreditation of its baccalaureate program on September 27-29, 2021.

In accordance with its Procedures for Accreditation of Baccalaureate and Graduate Nursing Programs, CCNE provides the opportunity for program constituents (students, faculty, alumni, employers, clinical agencies and the public) and other interested parties to submit, in writing, comments concerning the program’s qualifications for accreditation status. Written third-party comments will be received by CCNE until 21 days before the scheduled on-site evaluation – September 6, 2021.

You are invited to share your comments regarding the Eagle Gate College Bachelor of Science program to CCNE by September 6, 2021. CCNE shares third-party comments only with the evaluation team. At no time during the review process are these comments shared with the hosting program. However, all compliance concerns related to the accreditation standards will be identified in the accreditation report, and the program will have an opportunity to respond to those concerns as part of its response to that report.
