WEB DESIGN AND ANIMATION - Associate of Science Degree

Do you love to design web pages? Would you like to start a career based on your creativity and your talent for design? Eagle Gate College's accredited Web Design and Animation program gives you the education you need to begin your career in web design and animation. With the average graduation time of only 12-18 months, you'll quickly get out of the classroom and into an in-demand career.

The U.S. Department of Labor projects that Graphic Designers will be among the fastest growing careers through 2016, with a projected need for 286,000 new jobs over the next eight years. (U.S. Department of Labor's Bureau of Labor Statistics, 2007).

All entering Web Design and Animation students will receive an Apple ® laptop that can be used throughout the program and kept upon graduation.

Web Design and Animation graduates are trained in:

• Basic design principles such as typography, illustration, and color theory
• Streaming multimedia design
• Visual effects and post-production
• Web page design and animation
